Therapie, Nashville’s premier psychotherapy practice located at 210 25th Ave N, Nashville, TN, 37206, is searching for an exceptional therapist to join our dynamic team. What You Do:

• Provide individual (and couples therapy) for busy professionals, addressing their unique stressors and needs
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential client records 
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities (all paid)
• Uphold our practice’s values and commitment to client care
• Show high attunement to the working professional’s needs and what it requires to serve them. This includes a willingness to work either early morning, offer session openings a few evenings a week, or on weekends to accommodate our professional clientele’s needs
• Provide at least 25 hours of availability each week to see clients

You are a perfect match if…:

• You hold a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• You have an active and unrestricted license to practice therapy in the state of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent).
• You have 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to high-functioning professionals, particularly within a private practice setting.
• You possess advanced training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to our clientele (e.g., CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method).
• You are interested and get excited about seeing individuals and doing couples work.
• You have a strong track record of building and maintaining a thriving client caseload.
• You possess excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with clients, colleagues, and referral sources.

You should still apply if…

• You hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• You have a temporary license to practice therapy in the state of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) and work under supervision.
• You have at least two years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults
• You are interested in serving either individuals or couples (but not both)
• You are familiar with the unique challenges and stressors faced by busy professionals and are eager to develop your expertise in this area.
• You have a basic understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and are open to receiving additional training and professional development.
• You possess strong ethical standards and are committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional guidelines.
• You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
